Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your MIassist account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below.

How to Request Deletion

• Send an email to support@miassist.co from the email address associated with your account
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
• Include your full name and the email address on your account

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your account has been deleted.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account credentials and profile information
• All inspection data, reports, and photos stored in your account
• Your saved signature and company logo

What May Be Retained

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, for a period of up to 90 days after your deletion request is processed.
